    This stay had some highlights. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the Galata Tower. I enjoyed a comfortable bed, made it easy to recharge after long days. The room was clean and had useful amenities like a mini-bar and free toiletries. I especially appreciated the shared balcony with a fantastic view of the Galata Tower. There were issues. The heating wasn't consistent, uncomfortable during chilly nights. The television signal was also out. I had to repeatedly ask for a remote control for the air conditioning, which took longer than expected to resolve. Despite these inconveniences, the friendly service helped make up for some downsides.

    We recommend this accommodation, thanks very much for a pleasant stay. The venue is clean, the staff is very helpful and attentive. The location is marvellous and unbeatable, close to everything. 400 metres are distance to a restaurant. It offers very good services. They provide wake up calls and ironing without charge too.

    I stayed for 4 nights in the Quadruple Room, and it was fantastic! The position was unbeatable-just a 2-minute stroll to the Galata Tower. I loved the comfort of the shower. It was such a good way to unwind after a day of exploring.

    What a hospitable and best staff, they gave us a bright room with a beautiful interior and bigger beds, for instance. Coffee/tea making machines and glassware were provided.

    The water pressure in the shower was excellent. I enjoyed a comfortable bed that helped me recharge for the next day.

    I dealt with a leak from the sink that went onto the floor. The hot water had intermittent issues, which became a nuisance during a cold evening. Air conditioning only offered hot air or none at all, leading to an uncomfortable stay. Noisy doors throughout the hotel led to a disruptive atmosphere, especially late into the night when many guests were returning. Housekeeping didn't seem diligent. I found cleanliness to be a mixed bag, and one case included towels not being replaced .

    It was just a fitting option for a mini-vacation in Istanbul with excellent value for money. The room had a fridge, really helpful for keeping drinks cold during the warm days. Remember to check the heating or AC before you settle in.

    the bed was quite good , but there are no breakfast options. the location is fantastic , super close to galata tower and clean rooms. staff were very helpful and even stored my luggage for free! 😊🤗
